All transactions on the 35jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, EastWest Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Bayad Center, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). 35jl reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account verification status. Specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 35jl reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits based on responsible gaming considerations or compliance requirements.
All withdrawal requests require successful completion of 35jl's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You must provide a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or equivalent) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to verification completion will be held pending until verification is approved. 35jl will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered under the account holder's verified name.
GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to Philippine bank accounts are processed within the same business day for requests received before the daily cut-off time, subject to the receiving bank's settlement schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes depending on network conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or additional compliance review.
The 35jl Platform must not be used as a money transfer service, currency exchange, or for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gaming. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gameplay activity constitutes a prohibited transaction. 35jl reserves the right to investigate, freeze, or reverse transactions that appear inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.
35jl maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. Your account balance represents a liability to 35jl and is protected against use for operational purposes. In the event of operational difficulties, segregated funds are not available to creditors of 35jl.
All bonuses offered by 35jl — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and any other promotional credits — are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.
Bonus credits and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation. 35jl will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and forfeiture of all associated winnings:

Bets placed on rounds affected by verifiable technical errors that produced erroneous results are void. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction — including incorrectly displayed jackpot amounts — are void and will not be paid.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35jl Platform:
35jl reserves the right to void any sports betting wager where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, manipulation of game events, or insider information that materially affected the odds at the time of bet placement. Winnings from voided wagers will be reversed to the player's account balance. Accounts suspected of exploiting insider information are subject to suspension pending investigation.

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity is recorded for twelve (12) consecutive months. 35jl will notify you via your registered email address sixty (60) days prior to applying an inactivity fee or closing the account. 35jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any claim arising from third-party conduct, force majeure events, internet service interruptions, device incompatibility, or the actions of payment processors.
35jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or technical failures beyond 35jl's reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and 35jl, you agree to first attempt resolution through 35jl's internal customer support process. The majority of disputes can be resolved within 5–10 business days through the live chat support channel. 35jl will provide a written response to any formal dispute submitted via email to [email protected] within fifteen (15) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for final resolution.
